Transformative journey of yoga, mindfulness, and personal growth across two inspiring destinations in Greece — the peaceful seaside of Epidavros and the vibrant city of Athens. This unique experience combines the tranquillity of nature with the rich cultural heritage of Greece, offering you the perfect space to recharge your mind, body, and spirit.
In Ancient Epidavros, we will slow down, surrounded by olive trees, sea views, and fresh air. We will practice yoga daily in a beautiful studio, have morning meditation at a secluded beach just stones away from our hotel, relax at the beach during the day and enjoy delicious Greek food and each others’ company in the evenings.
Our second destination, Athens, combines two diverse vibes: the views of the Acropolis and ancient sites with the modern energy of beach bars and night clubs - for anybody who wants to explore the night life in the capital of Greece. Sunset yoga and lots of free time to explore the city as well as deepen your self-exploration.
This is more than just a yoga retreat; it’s a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance, with gently guided and supportive practices of yoga, breathwork, meditation and neuroplasticity coaching to help you realign with yourself.

Whether you’re striving for change or you have recently gone through some significant shifts in your life (in relationships, career, or your own body, e.g., peri/ menopause) or if you simply need time and space to rest and re-set, then Metamorphosis: Embracing Change Retreat is the right choice.
During the retreat, we will work in an embodied way, gently supporting the body through periods of transition. The practices are designed to help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and rebuild a sense of safety and trust in the body. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and coaching, you’ll be invited to listen more deeply to your body’s signals, honour changing energy levels and hormonal shifts, and develop practical tools to feel more grounded, resilient, and at ease in your body and mind.
This retreat is open to everyone, regardless of your yoga experience. The only thing you need is your openness to new experiences and a genuine desire to embrace change.
In Ancient Epidavros, we slow down, surrounded by olive trees, sea views, and fresh air.
Our host is a small, family-run hotel nestled between the sea and mountains, surrounded by orange fields.
All rooms have a kitchenette (if you get peckish between brunch and dinner) and a terrace or balcony for you to relax and even get a tan without leaving your accommodation.
One minute walk to a secluded beach with a famous Sunken City and a short walk from the ancient theatre of Epidavros.
Practice yoga in serene outdoor settings, surrounded by the natural calming sounds and the stunning views of the surrounding hills and sea.
This is your opportunity to go deeper inwards, reconnect with your true self and build new friendships with like-minded people who have also experienced changes in their lives.

Athens is the capital of Greece. It is a vibrant city with centuries of ancient history. A land of the Greek Gods, myths, the Olympics and probably at least half of the words in the modern English vocabulary.
A visit to the Acropolis is a must (and a chance to take amazing photos with magnificent ancient ruins as a background), but there are lots of other landmarks to explore and admire.
The city is well-connected and it’s very easy (and inexpensive!) to get around by public transport. It is also possible to do a boat ride to the nearby islands in a day.
Athens also offers a wide range of restaurants and bars to suit every taste.
We will be staying in a beautiful Flisvos marina area with the views of fancy super yachts, a lovely park where one can hide from the heat and right next to the beach for our morning or sunset yoga. What’s not to like?!
